Frankly, if I were starting over again, I wouldn't use flash. Using flash for real estate photography is just personal preference. But the main point of doing flash, even when doing a five-shot bracket, is not for lighting, but for color correction. Flash helps to remove color casts, light pollution, flares, and glares, resulting in more accurate and elevated-looking photos. It is a faster and easier way to achieve color consistency throughout the image compared to manually adjusting hue, saturation, and white balance in post-processing.
