Replying to @nickpatillo This was a super quick shoot with the agent of this listing. The vertical video we were shooting here was a simple intro where the client prepared a 30-second script. I originally shot a walkthrough video for this home (click the comment) that showcases every nook and cranny of the property. And the intro that we shot here will be placed at the beginning of the tour so the client has a branded version that they can share on their social media platforms (Watch 'til the end for the results of this intro!). Today, more and more agents do vertical videos with the wide audience reach social media marketing can do. And we want our clients to have everything they need to elevate their marketing efforts. So when the agent is going to be at the shoot, we ask them if they're up to doing a 30-second intro and sign off, at no additional cost, just to add more variety to their marketing assets.
